Tile & Grout Cleaning
Deep cleaning for carpet, area rugs and upholstery to help remove embedded soil, spots and odors.
Before we arrive, clear loose items, secure pets and point out stains. Ask about furniture moving and pricing when requesting service.
Drying time varies with the material, airflow and humidity. Ask for an estimate for your job; a two-hour booking slot is not a drying-time estimate.
Air duct cleaning: Our Spin Vax 1000 system uses a rotating brush and vacuum to remove debris from supply ducts and returns. We clean the vents before reattaching them.
Dryer vent cleaning: Removes lint buildup in the exhaust vent to help improve airflow.
Before we arrive, clear access to vents and the dryer, secure pets and tell us about access concerns. Call 704-661-4857 to discuss job scope and pricing.
Professional tile and grout cleaning removes built-up soil for a cleaner, brighter appearance.
Before we arrive, clear loose items and rugs, secure pets and tell us about the tile material, stains or existing sealers.
Discuss the area to be cleaned, pricing and any grout-sealing needs before work begins. Ask when the floor can be walked on and whether drying or curing time applies.
